The process was long and highly technical, involving multiple conversations with different team members and a very detailed case study. At no point was there meaningful interest in my background, experience, or behavioral fit — all interactions were focused almost exclusively on very specific operational and technical questions related to their business. The final presentation lasted around 1.5 hours, with several team members (including SDRs) asking detailed questions. Overall, it felt more like providing free consulting than participating in a structured interview process.
