First they told me to sit in waiting room after some minutes they gave me written test papers for written test after completion that one ,the next step was checking of online skills ,in the last round that was final round of HR face to face interview.

They will make you sit for one hour and after that they will collect your resume. Poor management. no HR involvement
First Round is written test which is very easy
second round is web base searching skill
third round is HR
