4 rounds with different senior staff including CEO over the course of two months. Some formal interviews, others were casual get-to-know-you conversations.
More interested I sign an NDA before doing an unpaid task for a client than sending me a contract.
Was in desperate situation so agreed to job offer and ignored the red flags.
