First, a phone interview to see if you will advance to a Zoom call interview. They will ask questions to you about if you know anything about the casino industry and surveillance industry.

I applied online. I was contacted for an initial phone interview. The interview went well. A few days later, I was contacted for a 2nd interview. We scheduled the second interview on a definite date at a definite time. I was assured I would be invited via email with all the specific location details right after the call. The day came to a close and I received no email. The next day, still no email. I tried calling and emailing multiple times with no one answering. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and still prepped for the interview, which was the following morning. The interview time came and went and no one reached out. I tried calling and emailing again with no luck. I was left hanging with no explanation. They are the ones who reached out to me, scheduled the interview, and then completely ghosted me. A simple, "we decided to go with another candidate" templated email would have satisfied me, but apparently that was too much effort. I called again today (a week later) and finally got someone to pick up. After explaining the situation, they quickly told me that they already hired another person for the role. The lady then encouraged me to apply to other positions. I politely told her how that would not be likely due to how unprofessional and disrespectful the experience had been. My time had been completely wasted. It is inconsiderate to conduct business in such a way. I have never in my life had something like this happen during the interview process. I would understand not responding after the phone interview, but to call me and schedule a 2nd interview just to no-call/no-show is beyond ridiculous. If this behavior is an indicator or foreshadowing of how this organization is going to be run, good luck ✌️
