The initial interview was on the telephone. It lasted approx 20 minutes. Consisted of experience questions such as "describe a time when you resolved a conflict between group members" or "tell us about a technical problem you encountered and how you resolved it". After that, I was invited to join a group that would be attending an on-site interview process that would take 3 days. I was flown out to Little Rock, AR. The first night went from 6pm until about 1am. It was death by power-point! It also is the time you present your group presentation on one of the job specialties at Schlumberger (cementing, drilling, fragmenting...etc). You also are subjected to either singing a song, dancing a dance or telling an embarrassing story (you pick a number so you don't know until the time happens). This is used as an ice-breaker and to show how you handle uncomfortable situations infront of a group you don't know. And the night also had a boat building exercise of random supplies to show how you can think outside the box and work in a group. The second day was the on-site interview. It started at the office where they showed all of the trucks and equipment and chemicals they use. Then you drive out to the site and spend all day there talking with field engineers that are actually doing what you are interviewing for. Very helpful and informative!! You get back to the hotel about 5pm and then the rest of the night is info session. The third day is your final exit interview and then you fly home.

1st round interview included short technical question, and telling about myself and the projects I worked on. Not difficult/or hard, but just need to explain well enough to tell the logic process
