Candidatei-me online. O processo levou 1 dia. Fui entrevistado pela SLB (Aberdeen, Escócia) em mai. de 2012
Entrevista
Attended a full day interview with a group of other graduates who had applied for similar positions. Arrived at 8am and sat a pretty basic aptitude test which lasted 1 hour. We were then given a presentation on Schlumberger and the types of jobs which were available to graduates - this was all very vague
After the presentation from the Schlumberger employee we then had to give personal presentations based on set criteria which had been sent the week prior to the interview. These were quite interesting, although, it did get a bit tedious after a while with them taking about 4 hours.
We then did a group task which was to build a shelter out of a set amount of A4 sheets of paper and after this there were individual interviews. These seemed rushed and at 5 o'clock three of the panel left the interview room and only one interviewer was left. This seemed quite unprofessional.
Finally got out at 6pm although there were still another four candidates to be interviewed after myself. A long day and received absolutely no feedback from Schlumberger.
1st round interview included short technical question, and telling about myself and the projects I worked on.
Not difficult/or hard, but just need to explain well enough to tell the logic process
It was an on campus hiring. First they shortlisted based on CV. Then second round was group discussion where we were given abstract topics like "Half filled glass of water" and were asked to discuss. This was also an eliminatory round. The final round was more of a HR round, they asked behavioural questions, few puzzles (very easy) and general knowledge questions
