I was able to get this interview through an outside recruiter. The phone interview was scheduled and I chatted with an internal recruiter with a mechanical engineering background for about 45 minutes. He asked questions like: -What projects did I use the CAD packages in. -What challenges did I have with the CAD package. -Whats stress and strain. -A little bit of behavioral questions. Another recruiter called me back three weeks later to inform me that the position was filled by an internal candidate.
