Candidatei-me por meio de uma faculdade ou universidade. Fui entrevistado pela SLB (Conway, AR) em out. de 2010
Entrevista
The interview process begins with a screening interview for me which happened over the phone before the recruiter came to my campus to visit. We met at the career fair and had a brief interview the following day. They talked about the job and requirements and made sure that i'd be willing to work in non-traditional engineering conditions in a male-dominated field. After that, I was invited to a 2-day onsite interview. They keep close eye on everyone and want to see how the group of people interact with one another. They want to see curiosity and have you ask intelligent questions. We visited a site and had presentations to deliver to the rest of the interviewees about the technology that SLB uses out in the field. We also needed to have a good idea of what that technology is and what our preferred interest would be. You have a few panel interviews with people to see and hear what they have to say about their jobs and it gives you a chance to find out about their backgrounds and the room to grow.

You have two candles that burn for one hour each. How do you measure 90 minutes exactly using only those two candles?
1st round interview included short technical question, and telling about myself and the projects I worked on.
Not difficult/or hard, but just need to explain well enough to tell the logic process
It was an on campus hiring. First they shortlisted based on CV. Then second round was group discussion where we were given abstract topics like "Half filled glass of water" and were asked to discuss. This was also an eliminatory round. The final round was more of a HR round, they asked behavioural questions, few puzzles (very easy) and general knowledge questions
