Candidatei-me por meio de uma faculdade ou universidade. O processo levou 3 semanas. Fui entrevistado pela SLB (Oklahoma City, OK) em nov. de 2012
Entrevista
Started with a campus career fair, was asked to do an on-campus interview after a company information session that consisted mostly of the interviewer asking whether I could handle the strenuous lifestyle of a field engineer.
Following this, I was flown down to Oklahoma for a second interview with about 15 other candidates. This interview consisted of an more in depth look at each of the possible sections along with presentations by various candidates based off of research they did on various sections. A cementing/fracking base and an active drilling site were both visited.
Dinner with several field engineers and the recruiters ended the day.

None of the questions were particularly difficult, but the question of whether or not you can handle the lifestyle is constantly thrown at you.
1st round interview included short technical question, and telling about myself and the projects I worked on.
Not difficult/or hard, but just need to explain well enough to tell the logic process
It was an on campus hiring. First they shortlisted based on CV. Then second round was group discussion where we were given abstract topics like "Half filled glass of water" and were asked to discuss. This was also an eliminatory round. The final round was more of a HR round, they asked behavioural questions, few puzzles (very easy) and general knowledge questions
