Entrevista
Spoke with a recruiter at fall career fair. Attended information session that evening where we watched videos depicting a day in the life of a Schlumberger employee. The next day I was invited for a one on one interview on campus. Several weeks later I was sent an invitation for the final round interviews in Dallas. Company arranged my flight from Kentucky and I arrived at DFW where we were shuttled to the Marriott which was our base for the two nights and three days. The whole process was very eye opening. You are expected to give a group presentation on your arrival at the opening dinner that evening, you are matched up with your group several days before via email and given particular areas of Schlumberger to research and present to the recruiters. Dinner and presentations were the first night, you take lots of breaks for icebreaker/team building exercises. You are kept up very late with the presentation of benefits etc... probably 3am. Then we were issued field gear and told to go to bed and be at breakfast by 7am the next morning dressed in full protective gear to depart for a well site tour. You spend all day the second day visiting Schlumberger well sites, admin offices, equipment yards, playing around on some of the equipment, it was very hands on. All along the recruiters interact with you and ask you questions. The interview never quite ends. That evening they take you out for a nice dinner and take a group picture. Upon returning to the hotel they conduct a final exit interview where you provide all of your official documents (passport, visas, transcripts, etc). It's advantageous not to go overboard at the dinner and have too many drinks so you can conduct yourself at the exit interview. I think that surprised many in my group.

What would you describe as your MacGyver moment? A time you used unconventional reasoning or resources to complete a task...
1st round interview included short technical question, and telling about myself and the projects I worked on.
Not difficult/or hard, but just need to explain well enough to tell the logic process
It was an on campus hiring. First they shortlisted based on CV. Then second round was group discussion where we were given abstract topics like "Half filled glass of water" and were asked to discuss. This was also an eliminatory round. The final round was more of a HR round, they asked behavioural questions, few puzzles (very easy) and general knowledge questions
