Candidatei-me por meio de uma faculdade ou universidade. O processo levou 2 dias. Fui entrevistado pela SLB em dez. de 2009
Entrevista
First round consisted of a 1 on 1 interview, mostly asking behavioral questions and giving you the opportunity to ask questions. I got an invitation for a final round interview about 3 weeks later, but the interview was scheduled for 2 months later. In December SLB flew me out to Grand Junction, Colorado. There were about 14 people in the group of candidates. The first night we had dinner and lots of presentations about positions and benefits. We also had a team-building activity in which we built paper structures to support a salt and pepper shaker. We were then split into different teams and given information to give a presentation on the next day. The scheduled presentations ended at around 11, but most people were up until about 1am preparing for their presentation.
The next morning we were up by 5am to visit a site. The drive took about 2 hours, and people were welcome to sleep in the car. At the site, we saw the operations and equipment and were encouraged to ask questions. We then went to the yard, where we again looked around and asked questions. Next they took us out to lunch with some of the employees. When we returned to the hotel, each group gave their presentation as well as personal presentations. These included questions like why you chose your major and which segment you would prefer to work in. Finally, we had exit interviews, which were brief and were mostly to determine if you really wanted to work for Schlumberger and to discuss your preferences for location and segment. All interviews ended at about 6pm. The interview process was officially over, but the recruiter treated us all to dinner and encouraged us to hang out until our flights the next morning. The interview process was not as scary as other reviews seem to suggest, though it may have been that this recruiter was particularly friendly and truly cared about the candidates. At no point did I feel like I was being judged or unreasonably tested.

After your 6 months of training, you are on the site and the supervising engineer makes use of a technique that is against the protocols you previously learned. What do you do?
1st round interview included short technical question, and telling about myself and the projects I worked on.
Not difficult/or hard, but just need to explain well enough to tell the logic process
It was an on campus hiring. First they shortlisted based on CV. Then second round was group discussion where we were given abstract topics like "Half filled glass of water" and were asked to discuss. This was also an eliminatory round. The final round was more of a HR round, they asked behavioural questions, few puzzles (very easy) and general knowledge questions
