There was an interview process for a group; including several group challenge projects, a tour of the training facility and training driling rig as well as a presention of various positions within the company. The group interview included explicit information on compensation and benefits proposed drilling technical school for 18 month process.

Entrevista
Difficult and mentally challenging. Requires up to 3 stages. 1-group dynamics where you are tested in groups. You have group activities and is watched. After group activities you have group interview and you eliminate your own group-mates. At this stage, be selfish and think of yourself. You want this job as much as they do. 2-individual interview. Only selected individuals after the group stage make it here. This is where technical & personality questions are asked. Be prepared. 3-managerial stage iv. Didn’t made it to this stage
Virtual interview with both engineering manager, where they tell about the current project and why should choose SLB. Why choose to work in singapore. How to handle stress. Discuss about the team size. What should we offer
