Some team members assigned lack of empathy and sometimes selfish when being attacked by evaluators. They tend to grab all credits to themselves only and will push whatever blames to others when problems arise. Evaluators are very aggressive and will attack every member of a team with questions that are usually out-of-scope and out-of-context. My very bad experience with the interview session is that the interviewer kept me until the very last section of the interview only to realize in the end I was not chosen/shortlisted for internship placement, wasted a lot of my time and in my opinion, if they are not interested with me in the very beginning, they can immediately disqualify me before lunch session but they did not. Not really sure what is their purpose of keeping me until the end of the session but they are not really interested to give me a thorough consideration.
