Entrevista
Very basic questions. Tell me about yourself... They want you to have a basic understanding of chemistry and will ask your proficiency in math. The company provides training so they are more concerned about your work ethics and ability to work long shift-work hours.
I knocked on the door and demanded a job. They said “you’re hired”, come back tomorrow, so I did. They gave me a lab coat and a pair of scissors and said get to work. Thursdays were my day in the barrel.
The interview was both technical and non technical it last for one hour. The interviewers were kind and their questions were clear enough. You have to look to the job description before going to the interview

The interview was fairly straight forward. The hiring manager asked simple questions and made sure you were willing to do the work necessary to get the job done. The manager made sure to explain in detail what the job duties were and what was to be expected of yourself.
