Very friendly atmosphere, got to learn a lot about the oil & gas industry and Schlumberger's activities in the sector.
Did 2 basic electrical/electronics tests, calculating currents and voltage drops in resistor/capacitor circuits. There were also sections on high and low pass filters, op amps and general electrical/electronic knowledge. Pretty straight forward for an ONC/HNC graduate.
The interview process was quite laid back, but it is important to remain professional. I was asked about my salary expectations but I was not really prepared for this question; I informed them of my current salary and said I was sure we could come to an agreement.
The job itself appeared to be quite repetitive, but there is scope to progress in the company if ability is demonstrated.

Smooth and straight forward interview process good communication thru out technical interviewer was knowledgeable but did not feel like they were trying to trap you with trick questions job description was clear and they answered all the questions I had

Quick process and great information! I was able to learn a lot about the company and had different locations to choose between. The interview had me kind of nervous but just pray and I believe you will get the job.
