      Candidatei-me online. O processo levou 3 semanas. Fui entrevistado pela SMG em jan. de 2024

      Entrevista

      I applied via LinkedIn and just over a week later I received a text message from the person overseeing recruitment saying they were having trouble reaching to confirm an initial call to discuss the role in more detail. I provided an email and confirmed my initial screening call. I felt the screening call went well and then a week later I received an email inviting me to a first stage interview. The first stage interview lasted 30 minutes and I was asked just standard questions about my experience to date by the two interviewees. At the end I was told I would hear back from them in a week time for a second interview. A week later I received an email inviting me to a second interview with two members and this time there would be a test which will be done during my second interview so there was no need to prep before hand. Ahead of my second interview I noticed that the same job I was being interviewed for had been reposted on LinkedIn and as you could imagine, this didn't feel me with confidence. The second interview was intense and the task was time sensitive, after which I was asked a series of questions based on the task I had just completed by the panel of two. Towards the end of my interview they asked what I liked to do away from work (guess small talk) and I told them. At the end of the interview I was told I would hear back from them in a week. A couple of days later i received an email from the recruiter informing me that they wanted me to know that they were finalsing other second stage interviews and that I should receive an update by next week. Today I received an email from the recruiter informing me I wasn't chosen for the last stage of recruitment but the team really liked meeting me. I accepted this as I felt the interview could have gone better. For some reason the recruiter insisted on providing me with feedback (I would have preferred to ask for feedback).

      Easy in the beginning, then it turned to total caos. After completing the task interview and receiving positive feedback, the recruiter from Sphere (seconded from Sphere) went in total radio silence, refusing to answer phone calls or emails. Totally ghosted. She left me with "I'm going to find out about next steps" and then ghosted me.

We understand how frustrating it is to invest time in an interview process and then feel left without clear communication.
