First of all, they sent me 4 different zoom links and called me to make sure I understood, which was nice. Upon entering the zoom interview, it was a group interview (3:1) with other candidates whom were interviewing for a sole position. Before the interview, I was told that it would be very basic with just the discussion of the pay structure and an overview of the company. I had to ask about the pay structure at the end, which I found to be misleading in itself from the job posting. Another misleading factor was he said everyone starts from the bottom, meaning you must be a sales rep for a year or so before getting to be the job title you applied for. With the way the interview was set up with a group setting, it was extremely difficult to cultivate your own ideas since he was going down the line with the same questions being asked to everyone. The interviewer himself was extremely unprofessional and even told us that he was a college dropout, which I am unsure why you would mention to potential candidates who are looking for full time employment. Bottom line, if you're looking for a professional place to work and have long term stability, this unfortunately is not it.
