The interview process started with a virtual Teams interview, followed by an on-site interview and office tour. I was able to meet with members of the department, as well as members outside of the department. The entire process was well-organized, from the initial application and screening to the final rounds of interviewing. All of the individuals I met with were knowledgeable, friendly, and genuinely interested in getting to know me as a candidate.

Relaxed, conversation-like interview process. Took around 1 hour, followed by a half hour tour of the office. Good discussion of what SMMA can offer you, what you can offer SMMA. People seem friendly, though the work and office has quite a cubicle, out-dated feel. **Was given a verbal offer on the spot during the interview, and this was reiterated during a follow up email from SMMA - however, they gave no formal offer letter. Described allowing flexibility to decide later, but when contacted later, no response (ghosted).
