It was a simple phone screening that turned into an in-person interview three weeks later. They discussed the starting experience of the position if I were to be hired, gave an extensive tour of the building, discussed their contracts, and introduced me to all present staff. Once I gave my feedback to the recruiter about the interview they ghosted and ignored me.

First introduction on both sides that took a while, then questions about what they care about then you can ask your questions. They have explained what the biggest issue of the job is, which was helpful to get a better understanding of what it’s going to be about.
