It was very casual and semi-formal. I toured the department and was asked mainly about my comfortability with IVs. Most of the interview was an orientation to the position and a tour. Plus, there was a huge focus on the overview of the study itself. I would follow the link associated with job posting to further understand the duties of the job. E-mail communication is very timely.
