My interview experience with the finance team was generally positive. The discussions were professional and gave a good understanding of the role and team. That said, the recruitment process itself lacked consistency in communication. There were slow responses, and compensation expectations were discussed in a way that suggested alignment was possible, but this was not reflected in the final offer. This created a misleading impression and impacted the overall candidate experience. While the interview process with the hiring team was good, the recruitment communication process could be significantly improved in terms of clarity and responsiveness.
