Describe an example on how you do engineering design, given our product
SPAN tied up with Zinnov for recruitment in India. Zinnov's communication was poor at best. Unprofessional questions unrelated to the position were asked off me, including soliciting help in referrals to fill other roles. A SPAN, the interviewers weren't available on time in >80% of the rounds. A very senior leader of SPAN at the India office exhibited very poor listening skills and was constantly interrupting my responses. After the interview rounds, I was ghosted. The interview experience was a energy drain. I'll never interview with them nor recommend any candidate to them.

If I asked you to completely implement everything we do at SPAN, how would you do it?
It was a very pleasant experience. Interview lasted for an hour, interviewer was professional and straightforward. There was no technical assignment.
I got answers to all questions I had.
