I sent in my application online through company website, waited until they called which was a couple of weeks.Then they asked general questions about my resume. Finally they set up a phone screening- interview, was hired. Last, waited for spot to open up.
It's easygoing, not a difficult process to follow, and friendly. There is some non-competitive paperwork to fill out. Straight and to the point. No experience is necessary to have to do the job.

They don't ask much of anything mainly because they are just so desperate to find warm bodies to do the disgusting work you'll find yourself doing. They are so happy to find people that are willing to drive into dangerous neighborhoods that they honestly care very little about your qualifications or experience
