Interview process is held privately online, with a panel of HR and Editors of your respective department. Nothing out of the ordinary, be prepared to answer multi-lingually if applying for a non-English publication.

There was a written assignment done before the actual interview. The written assignment was not too difficult to do. I thought the interview was also generic and as long as answered well, I don't remember them being too harsh.

Have to go through a long test. But once you pass the test, the interview is just to chat with your direct boss. Sometimes they ask questions about current affairs to see if you follow the news.
