I applied online and underwent a six-week process consisting of three rounds of interviews. The initial round was a video interview, followed by a 4-hour writing test, and concluded with the final interview round.

I was asked to introduce myself, as well as some questions regarding what I know about being a journalist. The interviewers were friendly and willing to share more about their day-to-day operations. Do note that if you are shortlisted, you will have to go through a second round of interview which involves a writing test.
