Progressed to onsite which they flew me out for the meeting. Day of the presentation on-site and they really didn't have a format, they were looking for people for me to meet with. The CEO hadn't even taken the time to look at who I was. I was told I would present and if it went well I'd walk out with an offer. Day before flying out the tone changed to the process is going to take longer, which of course I understood. But then they drug it out over the course of almost another month where the person I was interviewing with blew off two more of our calls. Finally was told, we need someone onsite, why in the world did you fly me out in the first place? Complete waste of my time!
