A long 4/5 interview process that took place over the course of 1 -2 months. At times there were significant drops in communication and last minute adjustments. At the end I was told they were making an job offer for me, just to get rug pulled by them a week later by them stating that they were going with someone else. When asked for clarification on why this occurred, since not only is this unprofessional it is something I had never experienced before, I was ghosted. Would stay away from future interactions with this organization as a whole.
