The recruitment process is divided into 3 stages. In the first stage, applicants are given an assessment to complete in 15 mins. After which, those who passed will proceed to the next stage. The second stage is an hour-long assessment. Only those who pass this stage will be eligible to take the interview which usually lasts for about 15 minutes.
