If you read Spr’s canned and unprofessional response to the recent architect interview posting, you’ll know all you need to know about their process. Lots of good companies that don’t intentionally waste candidates time. Spr is not one.

Entrevista
Applied through Glassdoor and heard back from their internal recruiter a few days later. Typical screening questions and told me about the company.
From their I was invited into their office for an on-site interview with the practice director and 4 engineers and architects.
The conversation practice directory was very conversational and told me about SPR, his practice area, and the direction he was going.
The interviews with the engineers and architects centered mostly around my previous experience, some technical questions, and white boarding.
After that they sent me a coding exercise. I got an offer the same day I sent the exercise back

One on-site interview with 4 people. Two of whom I talked with on the phone. There was a review of some work product and a situational interview, ie, how would I handle certain situations based on limited information.
