Entrevista
The interview process is aimed at testing the subject knowledge of the candidates on the team that they are applying for. The ability to explain complex process/steps in simple understandable language is a plus.
1st round consists of a Technical Writing, with some basic questions from computer science
2nd round is a Technical Interview based on the writing round results
3rd round will be a Manager discussion
4th round will a HR discussion

Entrevista
The interview was informal. First, we have to introduce ourselves. A few informal questions to test English fluency and a few easy subject related questions were asked. The result was declared the same day.
