I placed an application through a recruiter at my university's job fair. The process was not long or difficult. Had a phone interview first which last 8 mins. Then we had an interview which lasted 3 hours. Essentially I had 10 different interview with 10 different departments within the company. Each interviewers asked the same basic questions. They, at least with me, asked me about my resume, time in school. Only one interviewer asked me a basic accounting question regarding the debits and credits of a bank fee. Each interview lasted about 30 minutes and the large portion of the interview time was spent listening to each person tell me a little about themselves, where they were located and what their particular department did. At the end of the interviews SS&C told me to allow them two to three weeks to make a decision.
