Entrevista
I applied for a Fund Accountant job and they said I was not qualified. Three weeks later a recruiter called me and said a Senior Director was shown my resume and he wanted to see me. Met the Senior Director told me he wanted to hire me right away. We hit it off applied for and got the Senior Fund Accountant position. Took one month after the Senior director and two other directors who told me I was hired before HR finally sent me an offer letter.

They want to know you are willing to work more then 8 hours and that you are deadline driven.
Interview is Little difficult as one has to have a core knowledge of financial analogs. Also, corporate action and dept knowledge of journal entries plays a major role in cracking the interview.
It was average and nothing out of the ordinary. People were friendly and approachable. They made it easy to talk and at the time I found them to be very engaging.

Entrevista
First Round HR general question. Second Round Hiring Manager technical question and behavioral question. Need to prepare an excel after the interview. It is basically asking for different use of formula.
