I applied online and received an email a week later to set up a phone interview. The phone interview lasted 30 minutes which went over your resume, experience and why you were interested in the role. At the end of the phone interview I was set up to come into the office for an interview with the manager the next week. Went in and had a quick introduction with one of the directors, 2 rounds of interviews by managers and an accounting/excel test. Received a job offer a week later.
