Easy and friendly people. Overall they had solid questions and had a good flow to the conversation. I think they cared about the company and overall wanted to find the perfect fit.

Entrevista
The process started with a very quick screening call and then meeting with the hiring manager. The screening call lasted probably 5 minutes because I was already a great candidate and the hiring manager had already wanted to talk to me. I know it's hard to tell sometimes after interviews, but the process was a little confusing considering they sounded excited to talk to me and got some things setup really quickly. I'm not sure what happened but I was completely ghosted with nothing after that. It's possible their job requirements changed.

It was okay. It was funny. I had an complete understanding of what the job entailed. I wish I could discuss more about any critical business issue that might affect my decision to work for DST.
