First, there’s a phone interview with the recruiter. She then sets up a phone interview with the department manager. If that goes well, 3 weeks later you’ll tour the plant and do second interview.

The interview was good just the initial phase, just a brief intro was asked and they run through my resume. I was asked if I could start immediately and if i can commute regularly
