Start with a deductive reasoning test with SHL, then a video “interview” with SHL system 5 questions that you video your response to, heavily focused on health and safety, no human interaction or contact until the final interview. The video “interview” was stated as a chance to learn about you, your skills, education and experience, not sure how that could be achieved with the questions asked.
What do you think can be done to prevent it? Which felt like you at risk of implying the company you want to work for has poor methods of doing things.
