I had an initial phone interview with the recruiter and everything went perfectly, I was well qualified for the position and she thought I was a perfect fit. I was scheduled for an in person interview with the manager and everything seemed to go well. We discussed my qualifications and experience, which was exactly what the job posting listed. However upon followiing up about the position, I was told I wasnt qualified and if I became better qualified to reapply.
