They asked questions like, "Where do you see yourself in 5-10 years?", "How do you deal with situations that things get overwhelming?", "when was the last time you helped others and why?", "When you see your coworkers do not finish the tasks so that it adds to you workload, what do you do to solve it?", etc. They asked most common generic questions that you can easily find online. However, preparation to the answers are all up to you!

Took 10 minutes on the phone, asked one question. It was a very easy process, I’m assuming they hire everyone for permanent positions because they are short staffed. Everyone is leaving who has experience.

Recruiter described unit, set up interview with nurse manager. Interviewed with nurse manager, and then with a peer. Shadowed on unit following interview. A few days later, received offer from recruiter.
