I first met with the recruiter who then notified the nurse manager I was present for the interview. The nurse manager took me to the unit to give me a layout of the position then I had a peer review interview.

Took 10 minutes on the phone, asked one question. It was a very easy process, I’m assuming they hire everyone for permanent positions because they are short staffed. Everyone is leaving who has experience.
