Screening phone call from HR, followed by a request for 5 references with 2 being a supervisor or manager, then an invite for an in-person interview with the floor manager and a tour of the unit.
There was a little discrepancy between the online posting and what I seemed to be interviewing for. It was advertised as a day shift position, but I soon realized in the interview that it was actually a rotating schedule on a floor with a slightly different specialty than what was expected.

Took 10 minutes on the phone, asked one question. It was a very easy process, I’m assuming they hire everyone for permanent positions because they are short staffed. Everyone is leaving who has experience.

Recruiter described unit, set up interview with nurse manager. Interviewed with nurse manager, and then with a peer. Shadowed on unit following interview. A few days later, received offer from recruiter.
