First you have a phone interview with the HR representative. Following this, you'll have a one-on-one interview with the floor manager, followed by a group interview with two current coworkers of that specific floor/unit.

Took 10 minutes on the phone, asked one question. It was a very easy process, I’m assuming they hire everyone for permanent positions because they are short staffed. Everyone is leaving who has experience.
