i was referred, they did not contact me until my referral spoke to the recruiter. i went in for the interview and had two step interview in one day(was not expecting it). i took a test at first then was taken to an office where two people came to interview me and another set came in too. in one week time, i was given an offer

I was asked to schedule a phone interview and did so. I received multiple reminders for the time and date of the interview. However, the call never happened. I did not even receive a notification of cancellation. Extremely unprofessional.
