I applied for two job opportunities. They made time for 30 minutes call interview but didn't call. I sent an email to the interviewer and asked why you didn't call me. He answered, "You have an out of the country number that I can't call." While they didn't mention you should be in the US for this job opportunity, and also when I was filling in the registration form, I wrote I'm not in the US. So it was wasting time, and their behaviors were not good.
