Had to interview with talent scout then hiring managers. I spent 2 weeks trying to get ahold of someone to know if I got the job offer. When I got the job they forgot to email details until the day before the residency. They had the wrong instance package connected to me. The whole experience was a mess and nobody wanted to take responsibility for the mistakes. My manager was an angel though.

Took 10 minutes on the phone, asked one question. It was a very easy process, I’m assuming they hire everyone for permanent positions because they are short staffed. Everyone is leaving who has experience.

Recruiter described unit, set up interview with nurse manager. Interviewed with nurse manager, and then with a peer. Shadowed on unit following interview. A few days later, received offer from recruiter.
