Quite frankly the worst experience I have had with interviewing with a large healthcare organization. They start with a Hirevue interview which records you answering a series of questions. It is essentially a one way street.... No one on the other end.
This was fine and I didn't mind, but the next step is where things got crazy. My interview was pushed back and rescheduled multiple times. I considered just canceling it all together but didn't. When I was finally interviewed, they took weeks to get back to me.
The process is very broken and needs to be fixed. I would imagine they lose a lot of great candidates due to this broken process.
