Entrevista
Candidates apply through a job posting in the Straits Times Classifieds. Those shortlisted are offered a second interview at the company premises where they will undergo a short hand-written exam to test basic work-related knowledge.

Invited for interview with a batch of ~30 applicants, after application through Indeed job portal.
1) Briefing (i.e. intro to company, expectations and terms of TLAE programme etc.)
2) Written essay test

General questions (i.e. Tell me about yourself, Where do you see yourself in 15 years etc.)

Entrevista
Briefing in briefing room (1 hr) followed by and essay test on safety features in the hangar (30 mins). After that, interviewed by the technical team. There will be a huge number of people, so depending on your luck, your wait for your interview would vary.

4. Mandatory question to be asked to the interviewer.
5. Where do you see yourself in 15 years? ( 5-7 years after the bond)
