The interview process was a positive experienced that felt balanced. When asking about past experiences they were able to see how that would benefit them in the job role going forward. Also, they made the whole process even though formal feel relaxed and not tense.

Entrevista
Application was simple online.There are a couple virtual teller/customer service type test you have to take.Then there is a phone interview with Human Resources. And then a face to face interview with Human Resources as well as the Branch Manager from the branch you applied for. A few days later I was emailed a formal offer letter with my starting hourly rate, details about the company, training and benefits.

Entrevista
The interview process took almost two months, however they claim that they've expedited it since I interviewed. It starts with an initial phone interview and from there you are offered and on site interview. If they feel the on site went well they will give you access to a very simple online working memory/math test simulating the job. After I took the test it took about two weeks for me to finally start in the position.
