1-to-1 with the manager after a phone screen with some lady that called me on the phone. I think she was from the corporate office. The manager calls and set up and interview. It takes about 30 minutes for the interview. He asks a few questions and that's it. It takes a long time for him to call you back though.

They were very professional and upfront with their expectations of my role within the company. They also were very understanding of different circumstances that caused me not to immediately accept their offer.
