The interview process was very transparent. The response time was very short and the feedback was communicated clearly. The team was also very friendly and nice during the interview and all the questions were relevant to the job description.

Pros: Quick response after application. Friendly initial HR call
Cons: After a positive pre-call with HR, I received a rejection only two days later without the opportunity for a technical interview. My profile matched the advertised role well, yet I was screened out very quickly. On the same day as the rejection, the job posting changed from “Senior Data Scientist” to “Junior Data Scientist,” which made the process appear unclear and inconsistent. This created the impression that the position may have already been filled internally or that the requirements were shifted during the process. The process felt non-transparent. Candidates invest time and effort, but deserve at least the chance for a technical interview or more specific feedback.
