I had 6 interviews with this company, including the initial recruiter call with absolutely no follow-up. I actually gave up another previous offer I had from another company because the hiring manager told me that I was pretty much the most qualified of all the candidates that had applied. I never received an offer or even a courtesy call or email indicating I did not receive the job. This company asked mostly behavior-related questions and emphasized the importance of positive relationships with customers including employees. This is ironic considering there was no courtesy as far as a follow-up after I had taken so much time to interview and gave up another job opportunity to interview with them instead.
